Perennial Real Estate

About us

A story of trust, born on Bağdat Avenue

Since 2023, Perennial Real Estate has been matching buyers and sellers with the right home in Kadıköy.

Perennial means lasting, ever-green. The name describes the relationship we build with our clients: not a single sale, but trust that lasts for years.

We know Bağdat Avenue and its surroundings closely. We visit every listing in person, price it on real local data and run the process transparently all the way to the title deed.
