Use the site to browse properties and contact our advisors by phone, WhatsApp or email. No sale, tenancy or brokerage contract is formed on the website. Brokerage services and fees require a separate written agreement.
2. Listing information
Prices, sizes, availability and other details are for information and may change or become outdated. Confirm details with an advisor before acting. Images may be illustrative and map locations approximate. Sold or let properties may remain visible for information.
3. Content and use
Content, photos, videos, logos and designs belong to Perennial or the respective rights holders. Unauthorised copying, commercial use and attempts to disrupt the site are prohibited. Use the site lawfully.
