• When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, your name, contact details, message and property information may be processed to respond, arrange viewings and provide advice. Legal bases are necessity for entering into or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interests subject to your fundamental rights (Art. 5/2-f).
• Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and access time for delivery and security (Art. 5/2-f and, where applicable, legal obligations under Art. 5/2-ç).
• Identity and transaction data needed for a brokerage agreement are collected separately to perform the agreement and comply with law, not through a website form.

Contact information is collected electronically through your chosen phone, email or WhatsApp channel, or during conversations. The website does not submit requests to a lead database.

Hosting, email and map providers may process technical information on their infrastructure. Loading map content may send your IP address and request details to the map provider. WhatsApp, Instagram and map links take you to external services governed by their own privacy and cookie policies. Providers may process data outside Türkiye. Transfers subject to the KVKK must meet Article 9 requirements.

Where needed for a transaction, necessary information may be shared with the buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, land registry or legally authorised authorities.

Contact records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and necessary follow-up. Contract and transaction records are subject to applicable legal retention and limitation periods. When the basis for processing ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised subject to legal obligations. External providers explain their own retention practices in their policies.

Under KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether and why data is processed, learn recipients, request correction or deletion where conditions are met and notification to recipients, object to adverse outcomes from automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
